Compensation
Jon Lynch is compensated by insurance carriers via commission when a policy is bound. Commission rates vary by product and carrier. There is no fee charged to the client for quoting, comparing, or applying for coverage. Pricing presented is identical to what the client would pay if they purchased the policy directly from the carrier.
Annuity Suitability (Florida)
Florida law requires annuity producers to determine and document suitability before recommending an annuity transaction. Jon Lynch follows Florida's NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation requirements, including a documented best-interest analysis prior to any annuity recommendation.
Health Insurance Marketplace
Jon Lynch is registered as a Marketplace Producer with HealthCare.gov for the purpose of helping consumers enroll in qualified health plans (QHPs) and apply for premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions. ACA marketplace assistance is available during Open Enrollment (Nov 1 – Jan 15) and during qualifying Special Enrollment Periods.
